To Achieve Greater Emotional Equilibrium, Physical Well-being, Level of Consciousness, Cognitive Performance, Productivity.

Addressed to

Professionals of Education, Health, Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to go deeper in learning Mindfulness.

What is Mindfulness Movement?

It is a Coaching or Coaching in Attention or Full Awareness. Some define it as “the observation of the present moment without judgments”. Observe the processes and mental states, emotions, thoughts and images that are the content of the mind at that time.

Program

1. Training in Breathing Care. 2. Training in Attention to the Body and Movement. 3. Training in Attention to Thoughts, Sensations and Emotions (Emotional Intelligence). 4. Training in Care Applied to Everyday Life.

Experiential Learning

Through Techniques of Breathing, Meditation, Processes of Observation of Thoughts, Sensations, Emotions, Group Dynamics and Practical Applications to everyday life.

Duration

It is performed in 10 sessions of 2 and a half hours each.
